Fenomena REMAJA JOMPO yang viral disosial media

Suatu sore yang syahdu ketika itu aku membuka aplikasi tiktok untuk mengecek apa yang sedang viral saat ini. Ada satu creator yang biasanya membuat konten soal fashion dan mix and match baju membuat tema ' outfit baju remaja jompo ketika diajak kencan' hahahah... ternyata, bukan aku saja yang merasa menjadi remaja jompo diusia yang baru 30 tahun *tapi memang sudah tidak remaja.

Lalu sebenarnya, apa itu sebutan 'remaja jompo' yang sering muncul disosial media?. Baik berikut adalah jenis sindromnya:

  • badan cenderung cepat lelah, salah langkah dikit sudah keselo atau pegal pegal. Contohnya, ketika naik tangga kantor 1 lantai saja sudah ngos-ngosan napas tidak teratur. Kaki pegal pegal, dan langsung minta pijat relaksasi
  • pakai baju terbuka sedikit langsung kembung dan masuk angin, misal pakai Tshirt yang tipis dan kena angin pas sedang naik motor. Atau pakai celana 3/4 kaki bagian bawah terbuka, terpapar angin atau cipratan air hujan, badan sudah meriang
  • perjalanan darat, air, laut udara serasa memabukkan. Keluhan seperti pusing, kembung, dan lagi lagi masuk angin selalu muncul
  • ketika stress, dan sedih badan langsung bereaksi seperti kepala pusing, pening, punggung sakit, badan pegal pegal, dll 
Fenomena 'remaja jompo' ini menurutku wajar terjadi di era kemajuan teknologi dan hustler (pekerja keras). Kalau generasi orang tua kita dulu, banyak sekali kegiatan fisik yang harus dilakukan seperti bermain mainan tradisional bersama teman teman (lompat tali, gerobak sodor, layangan), hingga remaja pacaran harus berjalan keluar rumah untuk ke wartel atau telepon umum, dll. 
Berbeda dengan jaman sekarang, apapun yang kita inginkan sudah tersedia didepan layar gadget, tidak perlu jalan kaki keluar, rebahan saja sudah bisa dapat banyak informasi, hiburan, pacaran, bahkan kerja. Oleh karena itu, banyak sekali orang jaman sekarang mengalami hidup sedentary alias rebahan apalagi dimasa pandemi kemarin, semakin banyak orang yang terbiasa dengan kegiatan rebahan termasuk saya. 
Selain beresiko untuk mengalami gangguan kesehatan seperti cepat lelah, kegemukan, dan diabetes. Pola hidup sedentary juga menimbulkan masalah kejiwaan seperti gangguan kecemasan, overthinking, dll. Nah, bagi yang sekarang ini mengalami sindrom remaja jompo, aku punya beberapa tipsnya nih. Yang sudah kuterapkan dari awal tahun 2021 kemarin atas saran fisioterapi dan dokter. Yuk kita simak!

Mengatasi tubuh yang cepat lelah

Gejala kelelahan tiap orang berbeda beda, ada yang pegal pegal dibagian tubuh tertentu hingga sakit ditengkuk kepala. Ada beberapa faktor tubuh cepat lelah, yaitu kurangnya aktifitas fisik olahraga, dan konsumsi makanan yang mengandung banyak lemak, gula dan karbohidrat. Oleh karena itu dokter menyarankan untuk:

  • olahraga teratur minimal 3x seminggu, 30 menit sehari agar tubuh tidak gampang capek. Ibarat mesin yang ada ditubuh sering dipakai, jadi semakin luwes gak sih? jadi kalau ada pekerjaan fisik yang harus naik turun tangga tidak terlalu ngos ngosan
  • atur pola makan, ini adalah tips yang klise ya. Tapi memang benar dengan mengatur pola makan, membatasi jumlah kalori. Tengkuk dan betis saya yang biasanya pegal pegal jadi berkurang.
  • hindari konsumsi makanan dan minuman kekinian,
    minuman susu boba, thai tea, dan corndog memang sangat viral saat ini. Yuk! batasi dan jadwalkan agar mengurangi resiko penyakit

Memakai outfit yang sesuai keadaan

Pakai pakaian yang sesuai kondisi yah, misalkan jika ingin keluar rumah naik motor, yang literally akan terpapar angin nih. Pakailah sweater, jaket atau outer yang hangat dan juga celana panjang agar tidak masuk angin. Jadi misalkan sudah sampai tujuan, bisa ganti baju yang lebih santai. Ribet memang, tapi ini akan mengurangi resiko terkena penyakit remaja jompo hihi. Ada banyak sekali content creator fashion yang memberikan ide outfit untuk remaja jompo loh.

Ada berbagai macam jenis mabuk perjalanan, ada yang ringan seperti pusing, dan yang berat seperti kembung sampai muntah muntah. Terkadang hal ini bisa terjadi begitu saja, dikeadaan badan kurang fit atau sedang fit.
